Our Social Purpose
Making AN IMPACT
Difference - Not Deficiency
We donate time to schools because the stories children hear about their brains shape the adults they become. RePhil offers free school talks across the UK to help staff see neurodiversity as difference – not deficiency.
Personal Experiences
Why We Do This
Too many pupils leave school believing they are broken. Too many teachers are handed complex classrooms without practical training on ADHD, autism, or executive function. Too many families feel alone when a child is misunderstood. RePhil exists to change that – in workplaces, yes, and where it matters most: schools.
I was that kid. Labelled “lazy” or “disruptive” when my brain was working overtime just to keep up. Shift the lens and strengths show up: energy becomes leadership potential, “can’t start” becomes “needs a different ignition”.
