Phil is an ICF-certified ADHD coach, former tech and business leader, and a veteran of his own nervous-system crash. He knows what it’s like to be the dependable one on the outside and quietly falling apart on the inside.

He now works primarily with ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent founders, business owners and leaders who want to run successful businesses without grinding themselves into the floor.
