Our Story

RePhil wasn’t brainstormed in a brand workshop. It came out of Phil hitting the wall.

After 25 years in high-stakes roles – from military deployments to leading teams in tech – he crashed. Hard. Undiagnosed ADHD, long-term trauma and a career built on “just push through” finally caught up.

A late ADHD diagnosis flipped the script. Instead of writing himself off, Phil rebuilt with coaching, therapy and a deep dive into how the ADHD nervous system actually works in leadership and business.

RePhil exists so other founders, business owners and leaders don’t have to wait for a breakdown to redesign how they work.
